I made the big decision to set up a scrap cutting station to get it done!

I don't want to just talk the talk, I'm going to walk the walk. I don't have a HUGE stash of scraps because my space is small and I mostly work with new fabrics.

But I came to realize last year that I really love using my scarps when they are cut into 2.5" squares. They make me happy!

The scraps ALSO multiple like crazy and get super out of hand .. SUPER fast, right?

So I issued my 'Hip to be Square' challenge and many of you are working on it, you have until Feb 5 for this one.

But back to my scraps, that shoe box was jammed full, and I'm convinced that once i finish cutting it will save space..

once again.. SAVE SPACE! I'm excited about this happening, making them ready to use AND in a smaller space. yeah!

I received a 12 cube shelf unit for Christmas. I'm going to use the fabric drawers to organize my fabric. I'm hoping to organize by color, matching it to the color of the drawer.

I found my paper cutter and it made quick work of those chain pieces. I taped it to the front and it worked great. Thanks for reminding me and also for the happy wishes.!
