April showers bring May flowers, and here in New England, our gardens are finally bursting with color.
Springtime is all about new beginnings and trying new things. So here at Meal Makeover Moms' Kitchen, we have a few new and nutritious recipes that we hope you and your kids will enjoy.
Maria Speck, author of Simply Ancient Grains, recently stopped by for lunch, and together, we cooked up several recipes including her fresh and flavorful Freekeh Salad with Caramelized Cauliflower and Tuna. Think your picky eater won't try it? You'll be surprised ... especially with a name like Freekeh!
