Final Payment Due
If you didn't pay in full during registration, your final team payment of $450 is due by January 15, 2019. Click here to make your final payment.
Team Member Form
Is your team member form complete? If so, thank you! If not, please add the names and emails of those that are confirmed on your team to your form. Any changes you make to the form will automatically be saved and we can then add all team member emails to our distribution list to share important race details. The deadline for all t-shirt sizes, team pace, and team name is February 13, 2019.

Race Pace Estimate
We ask that each team utilize our Pace Projection Excel Worksheet to help estimate the total team pace on your Team Member Form. We need these predictions to be as accurate as possible so that teams can be assigned the appropriate starting times. Teams are required to have an overall team pace of 10 minutes and 30 seconds per mile or faster. Your estimate can be recorded on your Team Member Form and adjusted until February 13, 2019.
Driver Package
Does your team have a driver that will help navigate your vehicle on race day? If so, treat him or her to our Driver Package which includes an official race t-shirt, commemorative Ville to Ville Relay beer glass and a cold craft brew at one of our packet pick-up events. Only $25! Click here for more information and to purchase.
Volunteers
If anyone on your team lives within 100 miles of Asheville, NC or Greenville, SC, you are required to provide one race-day volunteer or pay the $100 volunteer fee. Team volunteers can now sign up online. Volunteer options will be along the course at transition areas on race day, at the finish line celebration, and at our welcome reception events on Thursday and Friday prior to the race.
Cheers!
