Walk or Run your first 5K with No Boundaries!

If you are new to walking or running, this program is designed for YOU! No Boundaries is designed to help you run OR walk your first 5K (3.1 miles) in just 8 weeks! Train for the Hospice Hope Run 5K on April 16th. It is a team atmosphere with a professional coach who will educate and guide you to keep moving and stay motivated. You will meet new friends, learn about proper nutrition, how to choose the right gear, as well as how to avoid injury. Practices available at 9:30AM or at 6PM. The kickoff meetings for No Boundaries are on February 15th at Fleet Feet Sports, and practices begin on February 22nd . Designed for people with no running experience; bring a friend and conquer this together!
