'Fourtune' (pronounced Fortune) is a rapidly rising R&B group that hails from Milwaukee, WI. Unlike most groups, the fellas of 'Fourtune' don’t have designated or specific roles. Thus giving them the advantage of having multiple songwriters, instrument players, producers, and harmonizers. Born Jose E. Then on January 17th, 1986, Kal'L Gage never shied away from the spotlight. His father would play different genres of music that would echo through Kal's childhood home in Illinois. It wasn't until Kal was six and heard Boyz II Men's End of the Road that he fell in love with harmony. Since then, Kal could always be found singing and humming along to all the old school jams. Kal's love for harmony crossed over into the pop genre from RNB when NSYNC his the market. "I get a lot of my singing style from Justin Timberlake and JC from NSYNC. Their harmonies were incredible to me." After performing NSYNC's hit song This I Promise You at his middle school talent show, Kal knew that singing was his calling. Fifteen years later, Kal had an idea for an all male group and Fourtune was born.

Damone Rose, better known as D. Rose, was born a Scorpio on November​ 2, 1987. D. Rose began singing in church at the age of 5five His passion for music grew after being immersed in other genres once his mother left the church. Throughout school, his classmates all wanted to be police officers, firefighters, and teacher. D. Rose only wanted to be an entertainer. Music is his first love. Since joining Fourtune, his most memorable moment has been performing in New York for Mike Bivens and others in the industry. When asked where he sees himself in a year, D. Rose answered, "I see us performing in major venues in major cities and recording with other artists that share our passion for the art of music. I've always wanted to build an empire which I knew I probably couldn't do myself as a solo artist. You need a team behind you. So joining a group was ideal."

His fans call him D. Nell, but he was born Herbert Haywood. Since a young age, D. Nell was always singing, although no one ever took him seriously. It was until he turned thirteen and led the praise team at his church that people truly began to see his potential. Coming from musical roots stemming from family members, D. Nell has always loved music. As a child, his father would have him sit on the organ with him as he played. D.Nell learned to watch his hands and learned chords which later gave him the ear for jazz scales and harmonies. His first try at songwriting came from him writing a love song called My Pulse for his wife Michelle. "I really wanted to let her know that I love her in every way," says the tenor. "I see myself being a great writer for Fourtune; creating hooks and bridges that add climax to the song.

Chop to his brothers in music, Cornelius Armstrong started singing in his church's children's choir at the age of five. Coming from a musically inclined family, Chop always knew he wanted to sing; putting together his own community choir called Exquisite Praise which grew to over 180 members in one year's time. His success with his choir quickly made him realize music was his calling. When asked what his most triumphant experience with Fourtune has been, Chop replied, "With Fourtune, just the bond and balance that had linked us together has been amazing. We are like a brotherhood. The experience thus far from rehearsals, travelling, shows, and meeting legends... All these moments have been phenomenal."
