David Bradley presents Keynote Address.

Our second conference, Pathways Out of Poverty: The Heart of Community Action, was held September 16-18, 2015 in Albuquerque. Once again, we partnered with UNM Continuing Education to bring our attendees from across the state trainings with stellar national and local presenters. David Bradley (NCAF), Eleanor Evans (CAPLAW), Dr. Jarle Crocker (CAP), and Jean Block (Jean Block Consulting) presented on an array of relevant topics ranging from Board Standards, By-Laws, and Strategic Planning, to the OMB Circular. Local contributors also presented sessions on ROMA, Governance, CSBG, and Human Resources. Thank you to our member CAAs for sending staff and board members to these informative sessions!
