Taco Pizza is a Tex-Mex twist on an old favorite. This is an easy meal maker because from start to finish it takes only 30 minutes using pizza dough from the refrigerated section of your favorite market.

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup Larry's All Natural Chipotle Sauce
1/2 cup chopped poblano or green bell pepper
1 cup shredded Monterrey Jack, cotijo, mild cheddar or a blend of your favorite cheeses.
1 cup cooked chorizo or your favorite sausage

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spread the pizza dough on to a 15 to 16 inch circular oven-proof pizza sheet pan.
3. Spoon the Larry's All Natural Chipotle Sauce over the dough.
4. Sprinkle on the chopped peppers and cheese and sausage if you like.
5. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the dough is cooked underneath and the cheese is bubbling.
