What a wonderful time of year! Summer weather seems to inspire activity, outdoor fun, gardening, hiking, spending time with friends. A healthy back is a must--and that's our focus this month and next. In addition, September will bring a Walking with Poles Workshop and a new series of classes for those with sciatica. Details below.

This was an entry in the video competition at the Annual Conference of the Feldenkrais Guild of No. America. Short, about 3.5 minutes, it also links some of our class movements to the developmental explorations of babies and to everyday activities.
