Saying Goodbye to Our Summer Staff

It's the saddest time of year here at Goodness Grows...time to say farewell to our summer interns. We have had a great season with all of these high-spirited young people. While focusing on the work of weeding, planting, harvesting, cleaning, and more, we also had plenty of time for fun and laughter. The clients and staff have really enjoyed working with Kelly, Trevor, Darius, Bradly, Quin, and Mr. Paul. Thanks to all of them for their hard work, their big hearts, and their willingness to jump in wherever needed. Our mission wouldn't succeed without these fine folks! They are all in our prayers as they move on to whatever adventure awaits them.

Coat & Clothing Drive

October 13th!
Drop off clothing and outerwear here, any time throughout the year! Take items to the storage room by the Cafe or up to the Green Room. Please help us spread the word. Let people know we are accepting donations and tell people who might need a little helping hand to come see us on October 13th!

Volunteer at Our Mission

Summer is almost over and the school year is almost upon us! Come be a part of Goodness Grows before summer ends! Plant, harvest, weed, or help to make jam. Spend some time working & playing in nature with some fabulous young people. Come on out any day during the week (Monday through Friday) between 8am & 3pm. If you want to volunteer, we would love to put you to work!

For I was hungry and you gave me food;
I was thirsty and you gave me a drink;
I was a stranger and you took me in;
I was naked and you clothed me;
I was sick and you visited me.
I was in prison and you came to me.

.....When you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters,
you were doing it to me.

Matthew 25: 35-36, 40
