Hi Friends!

Justin and I have settled into our season in King Salmon, AK as independent guides. When we're not ripping around the Naknek river fishing for king salmon (chinook) and rainbow trout these days, our brand new Willie Boat jet sled is parked on the dock at King Salmon Lodge . Bristol Bay saw a record return of sockeye salmon and they keep coming! We are well over our escapement numbers and it should make for some healthy rainbow trout this fall.

In a week or so, we should start seeing silver salmon (coho) show up on the river and we will be in hot pursuit of those awesome sport fish. In between it all we are flying into Katmai National Park and the surrounding areas in float planes to fish for rainbow trout, char, grayling and see a bunch of bears and wildlife. It's great to be back in bush Alaska!

We'll be here until mid October if anyone wants to join us for some great fall fishing we have openings mid September through mid October...please let us know, we'd love to have you join us.
