Here is a thought provoking article on the state of competitive youth sports:

Race to Nowhere in Youth Sports

It reaffirms all of our commitment to providing an atmosphere where youth develop ownership, sustain enjoyment, and establish intrinsic motivation.

This issue includes many resources to support your team from fundraising to recruitmint tools.

Over 50 non-profit organizations receive financial support from the proceeds of the Triple Bypass. They welcome teams from the Colorado High School League as volunteers. Team Evergreen Cycling generously donates to the Colorado League scholarship fund.

Here are a few reasons why wearing sunglasses is important:

1. Sunglasses help prevent sun-related health problems. Skin Cancer, Cataracts, and Glaucoma are a few common, but very serious, complications that sunglasses help prevent.
2. Sunglasses protect your eyes from the elements. Rain, snow, and dust and debris kicked up by the wind and other riders can not only make it difficult to see but can also permanently damage your eyes.
3. You can see and enjoy your surroundings better. One of the best parts of cycling is the beautiful places your rides take you. Don't let squinting, dry eyes, and glare rob you of the breathtaking views.
4. They are a functional fashion accessory. There's no denying it, sunglasses just look cool.
