We are almost at the end of a very impactful 2015, an extraordinary year for myself, Integrative and our community. We are now buzzing and orchestrating the symphony of events which will be unfolding in the next 12 months. This Newsletter will cover important announcements about our Global training events as well as our next big conference 2016, not to be missed. Weaved in between are our reflections of what happened over the past months since our last newsletter.

SAT Training with Claudio Naranjo

I was privileged to participate in 3 training workshops by Claudio in the last 4 months. I'm still integrating and processing the deep impact it has made on my life and my relationships. The feedback I get is that I am more grounded, open and generous.

SAT 2 in California was 9 days with 60 people and 8 facilitators on a mountain surrounded by a forest. The core work was the Enneagram and transforming our relationships with our Parents, Siblings, partners, children and ourselves. Integration happens on all levels of body, mind, emotions and spirit. They also used the Hoffman process + series of Zen meditation.
SAT 4 in Southern France was 5 days attended by 45 people and focussed on deep spiritual transformation of the 27 Subtypes + deep Buddhist meditations.
BALZAC Simposium 5 days with 80 people - Claudio gave us all the task of gathering the 27 subtype personality descriptions from the works of a French author who wrote over 100 books in the 1800s. In his books are very clear character descriptions and articulate behavioural expressions. We studied, dissected and performed these intrinsic patterns.

Claudio Naranjo is truly a remarkable man, a genius with an immensely compassionate heart.

Claudio is very interested in the IEQ and we are launching a massive research project soon. We will send out invitations to join long term interactive research in various fields.

Diane Ring - New Integrative Training Facilitator

I had the honour to give IEQ Accreditation Enneagram Training to a group of coaches in Golden Colorado with my new co-facilitator Diane Ring from Austin TX. She is a very dynamic, very integrated Ennea 4 and comes with years of experience in the Enneagram and the business coaching field. She is also trained in NeuroLeadership and Mindfullness. Thank you Diane for your professionalism, inspiration and elegance. (Also a big thank you to Mark and Lori Leyba for hosting the training near Denver)

Advanced Team Dynamics

I gave the Level 2 Enneagram and Team Dynamics training to 18 very experienced facilitators from all over the world in Cape Town last week. Liv Vadum and Anne Ravn Grønholt came all the way from Norway and Denmark to participate. Exploring deep Polarities was one of the highlights of the course.

This training is for Coaches, OD Practitioners, Enneagram Teachers and therapists who want to use our IEQ products and the Enneagram in their practice.
From the beginning of 2016 we will have the IEQ available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, Russian, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian. The Training will only be available in English.

Demand for Training in our product and tools has just exploded world wide. For the first time we had to cap our group size in South Africa in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Large corporate companies are now insisting that consultants and coaches become trained in the IEQ (Integrative Enneagram Questionnaire).

The main trainer is myself, Dirk Cloete, and our new co-facilitators Michelle Bennetts, Diane Ring and Susanne Povelsen will be supporting training in South Africa, USA, Europe and the East.

We first hosted an Enneagram conference in South Africa in 2014. 120 people from all over the world participated in a very stimulating event. Ginger Lapid-Bogda (Los Angeles) was our keynote speaker on Diversity and the Enneagram. Wendy Palmer was our conscious embodiment endnote speaker. We had 40 speakers from Europe, Australia, USA and South Africa.

We will use the Vineyard Hotel again for this event as they offer great service, amazing food and is surrounded by nature at the foot of Table Mountain.
