"The majority of believers had been moved away from Paul not long after the change of dispensation."

Terrestrial Circumstances Giving Way to Celestial Ones

When I work on the Daily Email Goodies and the Bible Student’s Notebook I always have our readers, as well as my faithful co-laborers, in my heart. So, I find the process quite bonding as we send these materials out. For me, there is a personal connection that I trust that you can sense and share as well.

The more that time passes, and the further that I more fully contemplate the One Body of which we are all vital, living members of each other, the more I am impressed with Paul’s statement to the saints that his spirit was with them (“my spirit is with you,” I Corinthians 5:4, WNT).

I always sense a spiritual fellowship and communion with you that is unrestricted and unending. My spirit is with you, and yours is with me.

I trust that these words resonate with your spirit.

Spread out all over the world, we are all doing the best that we can in our relationships, as our limited earthly circumstances are so constraining. However, all the while our spirits are free from such constraint and soar among the Celestials together with Him. Yet one day our limited terrestrial circumstances will give way to the limitless heavenly ones. What a day that will be. This is our sure expectation!

Universalism Asserted

Or, Christ Triumphant

by - Thomas Allin (1838–1909)

Allin was a Church of Ireland clergyman, graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and botanical naturalist. He was influenced by the work of Hosea Ballou.

Originally published in 1890, this book answers the question of questions: Can evil triumph finally over good? If we answer affirmatively with the popular creed, we are practically falling into Dualism, but if we reply in the negative, we are teaching the universal salvation of all. Men strive to save the popular creed by various modifications: by diminishing the number of the lost, by softening their torments, or by asserting their annihilation. What are all of these but so many unstated confessions that men everywhere feel it impossible to maintain the creed still generally professed? This early work on universal reconciliation deals with these things, and more, including much interesting church history.

The Church in Ruins

Brief Thoughts on II Timothy

by Clyde L. Pilkington, Jr.

This brief survey of Paul’s last epistle will reveal that while almost 2000 years have transpired, the condition of the church has remained the same, and indeed has worsened in accordance with Paul’s warning to Timothy. This book is not a call for a re-awakening of “the church,” because it is apparent that this is not Father’s plan. Rather, it is a call to individual men – men whose place in the Christian religious system has left them empty, stagnant, and restless – to awaken to Father’s call to be His faithful servant and stand outside of that system to look for other faithful men as well.

Well, now you can!

This is a simple presentation that asks some pointed questions and provides contrasting choices of answers, and then presents a clear explanation of our real God and Father which is commonly not represented in the usual religious setting.
