A free Heart Quilt Block pattern for you!

Hello friends!

This week on the blog I talked about teaching children to sew as well as shared some new products I've discovered in the quilting world.

I've also got a free Heart Quilt block pattern as my Valentines Day treat for all of you!

Looking for ideas to help you teach a child to sew? Leave it to the incredible Nancy Zieman to come up with a book full of ideas + safe (and cute!) tools to help them out. The book is full of 20 projects, perfect for helping little ones fall in love with sewing + Nancy's sage advice to help you out.

I wish I'd had this book 10 years ago!!

This week I also reviewed a new, portable ironing pad. Really great quality. If you're low on space or looking for something that's easily portable for retreats, this is for you!

Also, a fun, monthly, Puzzle Mystery quilt subscriptions where all of the pieces arrive each month pre-cut and ready to sew.

Finally, because it's heart season, here's my Valentine to you!

A few other fun things I came across this week:

This free love-themed embroidery pattern is so pretty!

This darling heart-home mini quilt or mug rug would be a great Valentine's gift.

Cute little pincushion project, perfect for using up scraps!

Happy Valentines week my friends!

xoxo
