Tips to Keep Your Family Physically and Mentally Healthy

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak may have disrupted your daily life, but there are still ways you can lower your stress, feel less isolated and stay healthy! Make up for the lack of social interaction by staying in touch with family and friends using video chats (Facetime, Facebook Messenger, Zoom). Reduce stress and boost your immune system by regularly exercising with your family indoors or outdoors. Calm anxiety by listening to music, talking with friends via phone, or having your primary care physician refer you to a trusted counselor.

Visit Cone Health’s Coronavirus resource page for more helpful information.
