Feb. 9 Meeting: Sculptor Peter Hewitt

Adding finishing touches to a small animal form
Peter Hewitt will demonstrate working with papier mache. After an intro into the art of constructing sculptures in papier mache Peter will demonstrate various design concepts including music box and clock construction hints at the February 10 ECAA meeting.
The meeting will be held in the Garden Room of the El Cerrito Community Center, 7007 Moeser Lane, El Cerrito. The evening begins at 7 p.m. with social time. Mini Art Show entries will be accepted from 7 to 7:15 p.m. and voting follows. The presentation begins at 7:30 p.m.

The February Mini Art Show will be open to all media and subject matter. See the themes for the rest of the year on the website. 3. Stay up-to-date. If you want to get all the ECAA news via email, you can "subscribe" to the website. Go to elcerritoart.org and look in the upper right hand corner. 4. Send us your news. We publish articles about member shows, awards and other art news. Send your information to the Art Association email. Don't forget to attach some images!
