$2 First Friday at Greensboro Children’s Museum

First Friday is right around the corner! Jumpstart your weekend with bonus savings at the Greensboro Children's Museum. Visit GCM on Friday, August 3 between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. for $2 admission. Children 12 months and younger are free. Explore, play and use your imagination at more than 20 hands-on learning exhibits, including the popular 30-foot Neptune XXL Climbers -- all for a super low price.

As a bonus, Ice Queen Food Truck will be outside the Museum selling yummy ice cream sandwiches, starting at 5:30 p.m.

BSA’s Family Scouting Program

Old North State Council is excited to welcome boys and girls this summer/fall into the adventure of Cub Scouting! Join them for an Open House on Saturday, August 4 from 8 am to Noon.

Interested families will visit, learn about Scouting and have the chance to register for a great fall season. The Council will provide registration forms and refreshments.
