The PTA has some very specific projects that we need help with, and we're hoping that there are a few parents (or other family members!) who might be willing to help us out!
1. Flower Coordinator: The PTA will be selling flower stems for teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week. We need someone to organize orders, purchase flowers and prepare them for distribution.
2. Auditor: We need 1 or more detail oriented parents to review our bank statements and income/payments for the previous fiscal year. We will give you the records and answer any and all questions. This project will hopefully take only a handful of hours.
3. Gift Collector: The PTA is always seeking gift card donations from local businesses to give to teachers and to act as fundraiser incentives. We need a team of volunteers who are willing to reach out to local businesses and request donations. We have several volunteers already doing this, and they'd be happy to show you the ropes. We just need more people power.
