Since day one we’ve been financially secure and have never needed any kind of backing to advance our mission. Our goal continues to be bringing you the tools and services that allow you to build your brand and your audience, without branding interference. After all, just because you use our services, doesn’t mean we feel it’s proper to advertise on your website like some of our competitors do.
We’ve been working on some things you’ll be seeing soon:

* Blubrry Podcast Player is getting some new features
* Additional templates for PowerPress Sites Deluxe users
* Plus a number of services we are not yet ready to reveal

We’ll Spread the Word

Each podcast has it’s share of announcements, anniversaries, special events, etc. If at some point you’d like us to help promote, share, put on blast, whatever the case is, just send us an email. PowerPress Update

Earlier this summer Apple provided information for the fall iOS 11 release that focuses on new RSS tags and features. Last week we released PowerPress 7.1, which accommodates these new tags. You can read more about the PowerPress update here or download the new version here.

Todd’s Corner

A lot of podcasters are running scared at the moment in light of uncertainty surrounding the financial stability of SoundCloud. We’ve begun migrating a significant number of shows to our platform, and we are hearing similar reports from our competitors. No one knows the ultimate fate, but I will say since the posting of this article from TechCrunch, we have been very busy.

For the past 12 years I have constantly urged podcasters to control their feed and their brand. It is a tenet upon which RawVoice/Blubrry was built. With the combination of WordPress, PowerPress and Blubrry, we provide people with peace of mind. In addition, we now provide a free WordPress site (PowerPress Site) to every customer who transfers to Blubrry, and the transition is pretty simple.

The development team has been busy enhancing a number of our services, largely driven by your request. If you have a feature request submit it to support@blubrry.com and we will review and get it added to our suggestions list.
