We believe in the mission of St. Lawrence Place—our 2014 Social Mission Partner. Please consider giving to them with your dollars and your time this summer.

At St. Lawrence Place, parents get a safe home for their family, and children gain the freedom to explore childhood. With programming and transitional housing—for up to two years—for qualifying families, St. Lawrence Place offers families the structure, training, and support that can help them overcome homelessness.

Enjoy a FREE show on the plaza in front of Columbia Museum of Art featuring the Mississippi Kites (6:45ish), Adam Corbett (7:45ish), Pocket Buddha (8:45ish), and more. 100% of beverage sales go towards putting on this FREE festival to be held on Main St. Saturday, Oct 11, 2014. Come have a beer or some wine, listen to some great music, and support a great cause! This is the perfect way to kick off July 4th Weekend.

Look at that: You spent a whole day on Main Street!

Does it seem like everyone knows how to knit but you? They do! Just kidding. There are a few of us left, and this series of three classes is the perfect way to get started. Materials are included in the $150 cost and it'll be fun! The classes are taught by Shanika Pichey, owner of Gather & Craft and Fig blogger extraordinaire.
