Dear Friend,

Today, I'm sharing a new Messages of Hope video for you, Humor in Adversity. For this week's reading, I'm recommending my book, Pilgrimage with the Leprechauns, to help us all reflect on the idea that if all pilgrimages were easy, we wouldn't learn anything from them!

Humor in Adversity:

When something happens that we don't like, where we feel victimized, we can view this as either a challenge to defend ourselves against or an opportunity to pause and reflect. Learn how a sense of humor can raise your spirits and help you carry on in these challenging times we are currently facing.

For some ideas from my own personal experiences, view my new video here:

... and please feel free to share widely - we could all use a good laugh these days!

BOOK: Pilgrimage with the Leprechauns

Now is a perfect time to take a Pilgrimage with the Leprechauns to learn how you can learn the secrets of non-attachment to having your desires met, and how you too can learn from difficulties in our current and other situations.

In addition to being an amusing story, Helliwell’s book is chock fun of information about nature spirits or elementals, as they like to call themselves. The trolls, elves, goblins, and brownies are as real for the reader as the various humans whom they partner. For anyone planning a trip to the sacred sites of Ireland, or to Ireland itself for that matter, this book abounds in nuggets as precious as the pot of gold that the Leprechaun holds at the end of the rainbow.

Send in your leprechaun photos

Even the gnomes and leprechauns are practicing social distancing these days - but where's the mask?! Thank you to Samaya Ryane for sending in this photo!

Do you have an image of a leprechaun, gnome or another elemental? We would love to add it to the Leprechaun Website.

Send it in to info(at)iitransform(dot)com, or post it on Instagram using the hashtag #tanisleprechaun (remember to make it public) and we'll share it in our next IIT newsletter, too.

I'm looking forward to seeing your photos.
