JASMIN SAIDI-KUEHNERT (she/her)

Jasmin Saidi-Kuehnert is the founder, President and CEO of Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, Inc. (ACEI) and its Global Consulting Group (GCG). She is a published author and speaker on world education systems and advises institutions and organizations on emerging markets, credential evaluation standards, and building global pathways initiatives. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Diego and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

KATHLEEN HYLEN (she/her)

Kathleen Hylen leads ACEI-GCG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice group for colleges and universities in the United States. She earned her BA in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a focus on Anti-Bias. Kathleen served in the Peace Corps as an English teacher in Moldova, after which she worked in international education management with ELS Education Centers for 14 years. She holds an MA in International Education Management with an emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion from Middlebury Institute of International Studies where she was a Paul D. Coverdell Peace Corps Fellow.

JEFFER DAYKIN (he/him)

Jeffer Daykin has over a decade of experience teaching and supporting organizational development initiatives at Portland Community College (PCC) - the State of Oregon’s largest institution of higher education serving 30,000+ students. In 2013, he began crafting and executing strategies for the college’s Internationalization Steering Committee, in 2016/17, served on the team charged with assessing college-wide programs and initiatives in accordance with PCC’s strategic plan, and in 2018/19 developed and executed legislative strategy for a task force charged with assessing the overall composition/processes of the college’s shared governance body in meeting the changing needs of the institution. Jeffer holds both a BA and MA in History from Portland State University and an MAT from Lewis and Clark College.
