Final Payment Due
If you have not paid already, your final team payment of $450 is due by January 15, 2019. Click here to make your final payment. As a reminder, teams with unpaid fees on January 16, 2019, will lose their spot in the race.
Team Member Form
The deadline for all t-shirt sizes, team pace, and team names to be saved on your team member form is February 13th. Click here to help estimate your team pace. You will be able to edit the rest of your form until March 24th.

Driver Package
Does your team have a driver that will help navigate your vehicle on race day? If so, treat him or her to our Driver Package which includes an official race t-shirt, commemorative Ville to Ville Relay beer glass and a cold craft brew at one of our packet pick-up events. VIP Package
Take your Ville to Ville experience to the next level in the Thomas Creek VIP Runners' Lounge at the 2019 Finish Line Celebration. Your VIP ticket will include unlimited Thomas Creek Brewery craft brews, southern appetizers, dinner buffet, private restroom, private tent with sofas and dining tables, and a guaranteed early start time. $89 per person. Volunteers
If anyone on your team lives within 100 miles of Asheville, NC or Greenville, SC, you are required to provide one race-day volunteer or pay the $100 volunteer fee. Team volunteers can now sign up online. Volunteer options will be along the course at transition areas on race day, at the finish line celebration, and at our welcome reception events on Thursday and Friday prior to the race.
Custom Team Shirts
Our fantastic sponsor, Dapper Ink, has a program for all of our teams to get a custom team shirt to wear on race day. They have four shirt type options and prices ranging from $15-$21 per shirt when ordering just six shirts. Pricing is for two-color print on the front and back and includes the V2V logo on the sleeve. Visit our website for more information.
