Hello friend,

I hope it's not just me, but May absolutely crept up on me. But Spring is in full swing, Mother's Day is right around the corner, and we are starting to feel the warm rays of HOPE that soon the world may be able to start its return to normal!

If you've been following along for awhile, you'll know that Cassie & her mom get together around Mother's Day every year to make soap & other fun products.

Last year we had to skip because of COVID, but this year we got together again to restock our soap and have a fun weekend together.

We made three batches of Cold Process Soap (lavender, rosemary/orange, and grapefruit), lip balm, lotion bars, foot soaks, and clay masks.

If you're interested in putting together your own crafty celebration with your mom, but don't know how to make soap yet, you can learn with our Cold Process Soap Video eClass. If you'd rather avoid lye, check out our Free Ombre Melt & Pour Soap Tutorial. Want to mix it up a bit? Consider Lori's Fizzy Bath Powder recipe.

What’s Required on All Labels?

This information is so important for every Maker in business to know & understand. Watch the video & read more on our blog post.

We grabbed the entire video on THIS TOPIC right out of Marie’s Product Labeling eClass and are posting it here, on our blog, for free. Thanks to Marie for giving us permission to share it!

PLUS, on our blog post you can also get our Summary Sheet. It's ONE of the seven that Marie provides with her eClass. We wanted to provide it free of charge (both the printable summary sheet & the video) because this segment really summarizes the entire thing… what compliant labeling is all about. Anyone can use it as an outline to make sure their labels check all the necessary boxes.

Last Call for Labeling Q+A on 5/26

Time is running out to join in on Marie's Labeling Live Q+A. All students who sign up will have the opportunity to attend a Live Zoom session where Marie will answer students' questions (as many as time allows).

Labeling Q+A: 5/26/21 at 4 pm PT / 6 pm CT / 7 pm ET

To guarantee your spot in Marie's Q+A, first you'll need to sign up for Marie's Labeling eClass. All students who sign up before time runs out will get a spot to attend, but the sooner you sign up the better - she probably won't have time to answer everyone's questions!

What questions do you plan on asking? Hit reply and let us know!
