Perot has the same great Southfork owners, Eric Schindele, Casey O'Brien and Chef Patrick Mckee. Same great bartendars: Joel and Jamie. Same cozy, kick-ass bar. Same great social hour. Same great venue to hear live jazz. And still the same level of award-winning food. (So they rebranded to ditch the misnomer that they serve only Southern food and updated the front room to give it a warmer, more modern vibe.)

Enjoy Tails N Trotters Whole Roasted Pork Shoulder in Adobo and fresh shucked and roasted Oysters. Music by New Orleans native Devin Phillips.
