Be A Hero, a wonderful Christian humanitarian charity led by Wesley and Stacey Campbell that we have partnered with over the years, is receiving funds for outreach to the needy in Nepal. We would like to invite you to consider sowing into this extremely worthy cause at this important time.

Following is an excerpt from a communication that Be A Hero sent out on Monday:

"According to the BBC, 4000 people have already been confirmed dead, and the death toll is growing every hour. Some estimate that the death toll could be as high as 10,000! It is in these terrible natural disasters that women and children get exploited the most. In order to get aid quickly to the devastated areas, Be A Hero is partnering with Tell Asia and Hope for the Nations, a proven ministry that has been working in Northern India and Nepal for 16 years.

Together, Tell Asia and Be A Hero have mobilized teams that are ready to go out from India (National Pastors, Medics, and Nurses) in to the most devastated areas. We are gathering finances for water, tents, and medical supplies. We will first look to meet the needs of any children affected by this disaster, and to ensure that children at risk aren’t exploited. We must go to heroic lengths save these children before any exploitation occurs in these at-risk families." Click here to read more.

This year's March for Life is just around the corner! For the past several years this has been the largest non-government gathering of Canadians at Parliament. Please consider attending and participating in this powerful national demonstration for the unborn.

In May a group from our Back to Life Walkers team will go on another important mission to Cambodia. On this mission trip they will do outreach in the slums, conduct pro-life teaching seminars, host a banquet for prostitutes, share the gospel and more. The whole heart of the mission is to contend for LIFE - the lives of women and children at risk of being exploited in the s-x trade and the lives of the vulnerable unborn.

This trip will build upon the work of last year's team. We are still hearing reports of lives that were saved (literally) and forever transformed by the love the team showed and the message of life.
