Don’t Forget to Share Your Opinion!

RIPTA is reminding the public that there are just a few days left before our online Customer Satisfaction Survey closes on May 6th! Please take a few moments to let us know how you think we’re doing. Passengers and non-passengers are invited to share their thoughts, and survey participants can choose to enter our drawing for a prize pack that includes a 10-ride pass.
The survey is available in English and Spanish.

For more information, click here.

RIPTA is participating in the annual survey along with other transit authorities working with the American Bus Benchmarking Group to establish best practices for our industry.
