The Music-a-Thon was a great success! It was our biggest crowd yet and we are already looking forward to next year's event! A special thanks to the First Church in Swampscott for allowing us to use their space, Sam's Grille and Hot Cheese Pizzeria for all of their help with the food, all of the volunteers who helped out throughout the day and especially the amazing the perfomers who joined us... We raised over $2,000 and collected around 110 art supplies!

And speaking of art supplies...the Swampscott Library's Teen Advisory Board Is having an art supply drive throughout the month of February to support HFC! They have set up drop off boxes at Swampscott Middle School, Swampscott High School and The Library! Please take a look at our wish list and drop off and art supply or two!

Also this month, we will be at the NSPO concert on Feb. 12th at Swampscott High School selling snacks at intermission.

We are also scheduling deliveries with shelters throughout the month. (YEAH!) and starting to get our outreach schedule together for school visits. If you are interested in HFC visiting your school or community/youth group, contact us!

Be sure to check our calendar for any event postings... we are trying to get together another 'packing party' to fill some of the packs we will be delivering, we will post details on our website and facebook page.
