Our 14th dance season is well under way, and the studio is full of aspiring young dancers!

Just a quick, friendly reminder that tuition is due on your dancer's first class day of the month. Payments may be made in the office. Please write the student's first and last name in the memo of your check. Payments must also be made with correct change; any overpayment will be credited towards the next month's tuition.

Also be sure to remind your dancers that the dress code is to be followed consistently in every class they attend!

The NHPA II eNews is sent out monthly to all registered NHPA II students and provides important information about NHPA II happenings. So, please read through the eNews carefully, click on the links for more information, and let us know any feedback or questions you have.

Oct. 8: Columbus Day. Studio is OPEN for all classes.

Oct. 15: _NHPA II wear on sale! Order Forms available in the office! _

Oct. 22: Choreography begins for the NHPA II Holiday Performances. Consistent attendance in classes is extremely important.

Oct. 25: NHPA II Dance Company Rehearsal Fees are due.

Oct. 24-31: Dress-up week...wear your costumes to class! NHPA II will close at 7:30pm on Wednesday Oct. 31 so that your dancers can go trick or treat!

Oct. 29-Nov.3: _NHPA II wear orders are due! _

Oct. 31: Halloween! Please note classes will finish at 7:30pm.

Nov. 19-25: Studio CLOSED for Thanksgiving break.

Dress Code

Please take a moment to review the studio policies & dress code. Please make sure all dancers come to class in Dress Code so that they may learn, and be instructed, properly.

NHPA II does have a used shoe bin that dancers are welcome to borrow from if they forget their dance shoes or out grown their dance shoes. We encourage the dancers to take responsibility and have the proper shoes for each style of dance they are taking. For Example: If your dancer is taking a Tap class, then they will need to have Tap shoes. So please remind your dancer to come prepared with proper dance attire & shoes for their classes.

Tuition Payments

NHPA II accepts check or cash payments only. Tuition is due at your child's first class of each month and a $10 late fee will be added to tuition paid after the 1st class. Tuition is due in full for all months, September thru June. If you need to make payment arrangements, please speak to one of the instructors. We have a Tuition Drop Box located on the wall to the right of the office window for convenient payment drop-off...just please make sure your child's full name is written in the memo if paying by check. We would prefer cash payments to be made to an office administrator or instructor. If you decide to drop cash in the tuition drop box, please make sure it is in a sealed envelope with your child's first AND last name written on it so that the payment is credited to the correct account.

Lobby, Parking, & Restrooms

Our lobby and parking areas are limited in size so please be aware and plan accordingly. You are welcome to drop-off and pick-up for your students' classes.
Also, restrooms are located in each of the dance rooms. We would like to keep class distraction to a minimum so if it is necessary for an observer to use the restroom, please do so between classes instead of during.

Studio Hours of Operation

NHPA II will be open 30 minutes before the first class of each day and will close 15 minutes after the last class of each day. Please plan your drop-off and pick-up of students accordingly.
