Debbie Wilkins Baisden is a certified Metabolic Effect Group Instructor, Personal Trainer and Winner of Triad Moms on Main's 2014 Favorite Mompreneur in Winston-Salem. The mom-of-four-kids holds fun, high-energy, 30 minute outdoor workouts at Shallowford Square in Lewisville on weekdays (see times and days in image). The rest-based workouts are next to the playground, so kids can play while moms exercise! All levels are welcome to join the fun here!
