Date-Sweetened Zucchini Brownies with Chocolate-Peanut Butter Frosting

We were celebrating both my husband's birthday and the return of a lost Loki, so I made a dessert that was both decadent and fairly healthy. The basic brownie contains only 61 calories and is fat-free, made with whole wheat flour, and sweetened with dates and your choice of sweetener. But you can dress it up for special occasions with the luscious chocolate-peanut butter frosting. Yum! Get the recipe now!
