A Note From Mr. Sandefur
Lion Family,
Happy New Year, and welcome to the beginning of a new semester at The King's Academy! As we stand on the threshold of 2024, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the blessings of the past and anticipation for the possibilities that lie ahead. Today marks the first day of the new semester, and I am excited to embark on this journey of learning, growth, and discovery with each of you.
In Proverbs 14:15, we find wisdom in the words, "The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps." This verse holds a special significance for our TKA community, emphasizing the importance of being critical thinkers. As outlined in our graduate profile, we strive to mold students who approach life with discernment, wisdom, and a commitment to seeking truth. This semester, we encourage our students to engage actively in their education, to question, analyze, and think critically about the world around them. By instilling these values, we prepare our students not only for academic success but also to navigate the complexities of life with a foundation firmly rooted in faith.
As we set forth into this new season, let us remember that our journey is guided by God's grace and that each day presents an opportunity for growth, both academically and spiritually. May the Lord bless our endeavors, and may His wisdom illuminate our path as we navigate the semester ahead. Here's to a semester filled with purpose, achievement, and the joy of discovering all that God has in store for The King's Academy!
In Christ,
Jeremy Sandefur
