Breville The Fast Slow Pro Pressure Cooker / Multi Cooker is one of the more expensive electric pressure cookers on the market. It's a well-built pressure cooker and has features that other pressure cookers don't have.

My favorite feature on the Breville is the automatic steam release. That's right, not only does it come to pressure and regulate the pressure by itself, but you can also set it to release the pressure by itself at the end of the cooking time.
