YMCA Camp Weaver

Looking for the experience of a lifetime for your child? Check out YMCA Camp Weaver for overnight and day summer camp options! Located in Greensboro on 132 acres, Camp Weaver features land and water activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, lake blob, ropes course, arts, archery, hiking, horseback-riding and more. Campers will develop their character and build lifelong friendships in a safe, supportive environment.

Camp Weaver is American Camp Association-accredited and has implemented protocols to keep campers healthy.

Family Fun During Forsyth Creek Week

Forsyth Creek Week runs March 20-28 and offers a pandemic-friendly mix of virtual events, self-guided events and limited-attendance, socially distanced outdoor events – all designed to help us enjoy and appreciate our local waterways.

UNCG iGrow Study: Seeking Pregnant Women to Participate

The iGrow Study at UNC Greensboro is seeking pregnant women to participate in a research study! Help them learn about healthy growth and development in infants. Mothers and babies will participate for about 2 years, and over the course of the study, participants receive a total of $405 as well as small gifts.
