Green Chile Chicken, Green Chile Pork, or Red Chile Pork.

For those who have the ability and the patience to steam the Tamales at home (they need to be steamed for approximately 90 minutes), I highly recommend getting them uncooked. While Tamales do re-heat just fine, nothing compares to that fresh from the pot taste!
