Celebrating Achievements, Events & Fabulous Performances

I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you all. This year so far has been an incredible journey filled with music, collaboration, and recognition, and I am grateful for every moment of it.

Firstly, I was so honoured in February to have been awarded the prestigious title of Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters by the French government. This recognition is a testament to the power of music to transcend borders and cultures, and I am deeply humbled to receive such an esteemed accolade. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported me on this remarkable journey.

In the last few weeks, I had the pleasure of attending Jazzahead! in Bremen, Germany where I had the opportunity to connect with fellow musicians, industry professionals, and jazz enthusiasts from around the world. I was also proud to be part of the inaugural Jazz from Africa stand! It was an inspiring experience, and I am grateful for the connections made and the conversations shared during this event. Collaborations like these are what make the jazz community so vibrant and dynamic.

I was thrilled to perform at the International Jazz Day Global Concert in Tangier, Morocco, on April 30th. This annual celebration of jazz brought together musicians and fans from across the globe to honour the rich history and cultural significance of this genre. It was an honour to be a part of such a prestigious event, sharing the stage with some of the world's most talented jazz artists.

As always, I am deeply grateful for your continued support and encouragement. It is because of you that I am able to pursue my passion for music and share it with the world. I look forward to the journey in the months that lie ahead and the many opportunities to create, collaborate, and connect through the universal language of jazz.
