Carlito's is Moving!!

Our location on Patrick Ln. is now closed.

Once again, we have to move back move back our opening date due to some unexpected delays with our final inspections. I believe I know the date, but since I am tired (as I am sure all of you are as well) of announcing a date and then postponing it, I am not going to announce it this time (call it superstition). Suffice it to say, we WILL be opening this week but it will not be on Monday as I had indicated in the last email. As soon as the date is definite with no possibility of further delay, I will send out another email. Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and given us their support and good wishes.

In the meantime, we are still taking reservations for Tamales and Rellenos for Christmas, so please see the info below on how to reserve.

In addition to moving Carlito's, we will be debuting our new restaurant, Live Fire Q at the same location. Live Fire Q is a Central Coast, CA style BBQ restaurant (often referred to as Santa Maria BBQ) featuring open wood pit beef tri-tip, chicken, sausage, and more. Many of you have already tried our BBQ during the numerous weekend BBQ specials we have done at Carlito's - soon it will be available everyday!

We are now taking reservations for our homemade tamales and chile rellenos by the dozen for Christmas, and New Years.

Rellenos

$28/Doz

stuffed with jack cheese, battered, frozen, and oven ready.

Tamales

$25/Doz Cooked or $21/Doz Frozen Uncooked

Green Chile Chicken, Green Chile Pork, or Red Chile Pork.

For those who have the ability and the patience to steam the Tamales at home (they need to be steamed approximately 1.5-2 hours), I highly recommend getting them uncooked. While Tamales do re-heat just fine, nothing compares to that fresh from the pot taste!
