Hey y’all! I hope you’re having a fantastic week so far and you’re enjoying these last weeks of summer weather! We’re still down here at Carolina Beach and trying to soak up every beautiful minute we have down here.

I was first introduced to Meal Plan Monday by Christy Jordan a few months ago when I was down in Sandestin, Florida with her and I found my self looking forward to dropping recipes into the link up every week after that!
