... The answer is available in the moment - actually staring us in the face!
Life shows us how to grow from exactly where we are towards the peace, love and pleasure of life that we wish for.
Through meditation we learn how to deepen our experience of the moment, creating a meaningful connection with our life as it is happening. This transforms our experience, especially of difficulties, into a personalised form of teaching from life itself. Life becomes the teacher. When we learn from life, we uncover the happiness and health embedded within each one of our live's as potential.
Happiness is different for many people.
In essence it's a sane life. A life guided by wellness.
A life that grows positively from whatever circumstances are here right now.
A life that is flexible and responsive.
A life that refreshes and renews itself.
Happiness is many things...
It's the capacity to live life in a way that isn't exhausting or distressing.
It's the capacity to harmonise with life and to engage in it in a way that is mostly comfortable, nourishing and fulfilling.
It's a skill and a practice.
