Director's Note As I interact with alumni, sponsors, volunteers, and teams, I am buoyed by the depth and breadth of our community. The profound enthusiasm expressed through countless acts of kindness is inspiring! The conviction demonstrated by many is beyond measure. Whether it is supporting teams with bike donations, hosting a bike clinic, veteran student-athletes offering encouragement and wisdom to beginners, alumni returning as volunteers, coaches crafting marketing messages, or people contributing their expertise to the organization. These efforts strengthen the mission of fostering healthy, empowered youth and families. Witnessing the positive transformation of a once shy, reserved young person confidently share their enthusiasm for the joy of riding and establish meaningful friendships across the region is one of many examples of the power of the pedal. That term embodies the ideals of equality, inclusion, acceptance, mentorship, sportsmanship, encouragement, support, sacrifice, and community, that sense of belonging, which are part of every league race and event. I have been blessed to meet and interact with so many talented, amazing, and caring people. I am fortunate to have made lifelong, life-changing friendships from all sectors of the league family (students, coaches, parents, volunteers, and officials).” - Rich Vincent | Rich has devoted countless hours to the 7220 Laramie Team and the Colorado League since 2010.
