PARENTS we are now able to do light contact. PLEASE let us know ASAP if you would like your child to train solo. THANK YOU.

Our Lil' Champions are reviewing all stripes. Learning defenses from someone "shoving them.

Be sure to check your class times. We're providing more training time for our adults, teens, & Jrs. as we continue our adjustment to covid procedures. We'd like to emphasize this is absolutely possible because of our over the TOP Student & Family Cooperation. It's become crystal clear we have the finest families in the community training with us. We truly appreciate all the help with dojo clean up for the next class.:)

Approximately 85+% of our students who are training are training in-person one or more times weekly. THANK YOU for your trust & confidence. We're over 4,000 check-ins without a covid exposure. This is due to our families caring for each other. We will continue to offer zoom, Facebook, & our popular outdoor classes.

We will continue to take temperature checks at the door, use hand sanitizer & washing & limit our attendance. Starting next week we will allow ONE Parent to watch a class by appointment only. Our Parents have been truly amazing & will be surprised how much progress their children are making.

Whether you are training at home or in the dojo we ask that our students are in FULL UNIFORM except for Saturdays when Dojo (School) T-shirts are fine.

We're challenging ALL our students to get super STRONG Abs in March. Start anytime with FIVE ABDOMINAL EXERCISES & add FIVE EVERY day. Video post on your Facebook & Instagram pages & TAG us. MUST BE the SAME exercise for example sit-ups, leg lifts, kayaks... This is a MUST Do for Candidates!
