The first floor of our home has very little storage space including no coat closet which has always been a bit of a challenge. I was determined to find a way to create one and turned my scheming to this little nook with open shelving in our laundry room. The previous owners of our home used it to store extra kitchen items on the top and shoes on the bottom:

It's only about 16" deep which isn't enough depth for a standard coat closet so I had to get creative. I came up with a solution involving IKEA PAX wardrobes and am so, so happy with how it turned out! Our coats and shoes officially have a new, organized home! I bought this wrap shirt yesterday and adore the style and fit of it. I feel like the online pics don't do it any justice (they make it look like a nurse's uniform!). The floral print is embroidered so it looks expensive and the sleeves are are much wider and stylish in "real life". So cute and it's on sale!

I've been doing a lot of dorm room shopping for my oldest daughter who's off to college this fall and found this tasseled duvet cover that I love! Another clothing piece that I have and love is this pair of floral pants. I got them weeks ago but haven't shared because they've been out of stock. They're finally back in stock in several sizes and are on big sale. They're lightweight, wide-legged, and super flattering!
