I hope this email finds you well in the midst of this beautiful summer season. As we enjoy the warmth of the sun and the slower pace of these months, I want to take a moment to share some exciting updates and important reminders as we prepare for the upcoming school year.

First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for your continued support and commitment to The King's Academy. It is because of your unwavering dedication to education and faith that we can provide our students with an exceptional learning environment. As we embark on this new academic year, I want to assure you that we are diligently working to ensure the safety, growth, and success of our students.

As we look ahead, our administrative team has been hard at work finalizing plans for the upcoming school year. From curriculum enhancements to facility improvements, we are committed to creating an environment where students can thrive academically, spiritually, and emotionally.

Thank you for being an integral part of The King's Academy family. We are truly blessed to have you as partners in shaping the future of our students. As we continue to prepare for the upcoming year, let us remain steadfast in prayer, seeking God's guidance and wisdom. May His grace and peace be with you and your family throughout the summer.

Reminders

Visitor Policy

TKA Visitor Policy

In order to help maintain a safe and instructionally based learning environment for our students, all visitors for middle and high school must enter through the front door of the Anderson Building and sign in in the middle/high school office in order to receive a visitor's pass. All visitors for elementary must enter the front door of the Ogle Building in order to receive a visitor's pass. This pass should be visible at all times so that TKA faculty and staff know that you have checked in at the office.

Our doors are open to visitors, but please call ahead of time to schedule conferences with your child’s teachers. This will prevent interruptions to instruction and the loss of the valuable learning time of our students. Adults will not be allowed to wander the halls of the building or hold conferences with teachers during instructional times.

TKA family lunch visitors should follow the above procedure. Lunch tickets are $5 each.

Students who are not enrolled at TKA are not permitted to visit TKA students during the school day, which includes lunch.

This policy has been developed in order to help maintain a safe and instruction focused environment at school each day. Any visitor who does not meet these expectations may be asked to leave school grounds.
