Aldebaran Farm - Stock up! We have a lot of green peppers that hold well, and we find ours to be sweeter than your typical green pepper. We will also have carrots, radishes, baby leeks, Swiss chard, kale, and parsley. Eat a different salad every day with our variety of salad greens: spinach, arugula, baby kale, lettuce mix, spicy salad mix, lettuce heads, microgreens, and pea shoots. Try our radishes: watermelon and daikon radishes!

Alnwyck Farm - This week we will have purple sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, potatoes (Yukon, tri-colored fingerlings, la ratte, amarosa, Caribe), carrots, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, fennel, kohlrabi, winter squash (spaghetti, acorn, butternut, delicata), turnips, radishes, romanesco, mushrooms (crimini, shiitake, white button), and a selection of herbs.

Frecon Farms - Apples: Gala, Honey Crisp. Granny Smith, Fuji, McIntosh, Cortland, Empire, Jonagold, Stayman Winesap, Golden Delicious, Red Delicious. Locally grown Concord grapes. Pies: Apple, Tart Cherry, Bourbon Apple Pecan Crumb, Apple Cherry, Chicken Pot Pies, large and small. Quiche: Bacon Brie, Sausage Pepper, & Broccoli Cheddar. Canter Hill - Time is running out! This Saturday is the last day to order a turkey for Saturday (11/18) pickup, and this Sunday at midnight is the deadline to submit your Thanksgiving market pre-order and save 10% on your entire order (except your turkey). We will have fresh chicken cuts on sale this week to round out those holiday meals, and order or pick up the sell-out items like turkey sausage, chicken sausage or pork sausage and turkey stock. We’ll have plenty of fresh chicken, sausage, turkey and duck, pork and lamb.
