The Monkeyship
There will be tighter regulations in 2019 regarding the length of your Monkeyship, but of course you are still able to share it with your partner! There is a hike for the Drop-In, it will become 45.- chf instead of 42.- chf. If you are not sure what your status is or you have questions and/or issues regarding the change, please email me!
The Stats:
5x Curious Monkeyship will last for 8 weeks after first use
7x Cool Monkeyship will last for 10 weeks after first use
10x Committed Monkeyship will last for 12 weeks after first use
I want to provide a nurturing space and offer small class sizes, to have time to work with you outside of a private session. My hanuman shala classes will have anywhere from 4-12 Yogis. Perhaps on the rare occasion we’ll be 15. I have been teaching yoga for 10 years (!) (--> I can hardly believe it and I am still standing!) More on why I am a Yoga Teacher coming up in a future article!
I truly believe that the quality of my work is higher if I continue to work with you on a smaller scale. You will benefit from hands-on assists, a safe and friendly class environment and a place for you to be seen and most importantly be you! (or find the you you want to be!)
