"I pray you are doing well this week. Give thanks to the Lord, His love endures forever. There has been a lot of uneasiness and unrest going on in the world around us. Join me in prayer for the service men and women that sacrifice their lives for peace. Continued prayers for the families as well. God’s sweet peace surrounds them as only He can do. Comfort beyond measure. Hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight, too. In all the unrest, God spoke to me this week." "The WORD for the week is “PEACE.” God is the “peace” that passes ALL understanding. I was driving to work yesterday morning and the sky was beautiful. There was a gray on top but bursting through were gorgeous rays of God’s light. There was such “peace” in the beauty. God wants us to live in that “peace” – no matter what situations are happening. God is “peace.” No matter whatever illness is trying to creep in on us – God is “peace.” No matter what storm is raging around us – God is “peace.” Let’s embrace His “peace.” Grab hold to it and let the Holy Spirit flow with “peace” in His wings. Let God handle the unrest, illness, storms, uncertainty, loneliness, or anything else that we are going “through.” God is "peace.” Give it to Him and in return He will be our “peace. I pray you will have “peace” this week like never before." “I told you these things so that you can have peace in me. In this world you will have trouble but be brave! I have defeated the world.” ~ John 16:33 (NCV) | Fall Devotionals Available Our Daily Bread for September/October/November in the Great Room.
