Come celebrate with us and check out the offerings from our vendors including; Sunshine's Homemade Sauces, Uncle Peter's Pasties, Corridor Sausage, Glory Bee Sweet Treats, Cultured Beet Kvass, Tindall's Tavern soaps, Seasons Bath and Body, Gluten-Free Rox, and more. NEW MARKET COMING TO OLD TOWN THIS SUMMER! The Local Goods Market is a new venture created to provide an outlet for local producers to engage the community in a nurturing and educational environment where they can meet and talk with their customers face-to-face. Hosted by the Old Town General Store and open on alternating Fridays beginning June 17, the rotating selection of vendors include: Trillium Woods Farm, Sunshine Sauces, Schneiders Organic Beef, Doreen Zweemer's Hats & Accessories, and more.
ANNOUNCING THE CONCERTS IN THE COURTYARD 2015 SERIES. Sit back and listen to the finest in acoustic music from the state, region, and country in the great-sounding, beautiful, flower-lined courtyard behind the Old Town General Store. We donate the space and a portion of the proceeds go to benefit music programs in our area schools and community administered by Music is the Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
Thursday shows are at 7:30 pm and Sunday shows start at 5:00 pm. Tickets $15, available in advance at the Old Town General Store or at the door. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

LOTS OF NEW THINGS! If you haven't been to our store for a while, you should stop in and see what's new. We've been bringing in a variety of Michigan-themed items such as: t-shirts, sweat shirts, stadium blankets, decals, mugs, key chains, candy, cookies, snack plates, and coasters. These make great mementos or your can use them to put together a personalized gift basket for a friend or client.
We have also added more pastured meats to our frozen section, including: duck, chicken, lamb, ground beef, burgers, pork products, brats, and sausage. More and more fresh produce is arriving as the growing season progresses with 95% of it coming from within 10 miles of the store and harvested the same day it's delivered.
