Eat right with a Buddy
It is always easier when you have someone to bounce things off of - enlist a friend or co-worker who you can check in with on a daily basis!

Exercise with a Friend
What could be better than walking that track with one of your best friends - it could be great motivational time for both of you.

Keep a food journal
I know this seems tedious BUT it really works to help keep you on track and keep you accountable.

Plan and prepare ahead
If you go to the store, purchase everything you need for the week and then come home and prepare, this will make your life SO much easier. I still do this each and every week and it always saves me!
