Dear Friends,

We hope you are well. We got a late start with our organic vegetable and flower garden in the Berkshires this year, but we have added a lot of new raised beds and are looking forward to expanding our harvest. With everything happening in the world, my family and I try to do our best to stay connected with nature to stay grounded. And on the practical side, homegrown food will be extremely helpful if shortages arise (we are thinking about getting a freeze dryer for efficient storage if you have any suggestions!). But besides that, as fairly new gardeners, the independence and pride we feel watching our plants grow is amazing. We found this interview with Jim Gale, the founder of Food Forest Abundance, inspiring and we hope you will too. As a side note, we have been extremely happy with the organic seeds we get from Turtle Tree Seeds, a wonderful nonprofit organization that works with the heartwarming folks at Camphill Village.

We plan to keep on fighting the tyranny that is happening, but we are also giving a lot of thought to how to become as independent as possible, and how to build a community of like-minded people with skills to share (read more about this in our next newsletter). On that same note, next on our personal check list is designing our tiny home. We have been considering one like this tiny house plan pictured below — it's fun to think of the possibilities of building something affordable that you can customize any way you wish! Our goal is to create a healthy, cozy, low EMF home (all wiring shielded and no WIFI) that is completely off the grid, and can be moved if necessary. Hopefully it will not be necessary, but it's nice to have options. The design and build may take some time around our day jobs and volunteering with Stand Up Massachusetts, but my husband is a cabinet maker so we have a bit of an advantage. Yet another step, little by little, toward personal independence and freedom, while we work on the bigger picture with all of you.

Big Pharma and mainstream media are largely owned by two asset management firms: BlackRock and Vanguard. Vaccine Researcher Professor Bryam Bridle Admits ‘Big Mistake,’ Says Spike Protein is a Dangerous ‘Toxin’

Spike Proteins: COVID Shots May Even Cause Trouble for Those Who Decide Not to Get Them

COVID-19 vaccines [note that technically all of the COVID shots are not vaccines] are capable of causing damage in a number of different ways including dysregulating your innate and adaptive immune systems and activating latent viruses. The worst symptoms of COVID-19 are created by the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, and that is the very thing gene-based COVID vaccines are instructing your body to make. While the natural spike protein is bad, the spike protein your body produces in response to the vaccine is even worse, as the synthetic RNA has been manipulated in such a way as to create a very robust and unnatural spike protein that can induce vascular, heart, neurological damage, lowered immune function and herpes and shingles infection following COVID-19 vaccination. Disturbingly, it appears the COVID-19 vaccines may also cause trouble for those who decide not to get the shots but spend time in close proximity to people who did. As noted by Judy Mikovits, Dr. Joe Mercola, and others, following are some of their remedies to the maladies that might develop from exposure to spike proteins. But it is extremely important that you do your own research, follow your intuition, and consult with health care practitioners that you feel comfortable with to find what is appropriate for you.

1. Hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin treatments. READ MORE
2. Low-dose antiretroviral therapy to reeducate your immune system.
3. Low-dose interferons such as Paximune, developed by interferon researcher Dr. Joe Cummins, to stimulate your immune system.
4. Peptide T (an HIV entry inhibitor derived from the HIV envelope protein gp120; blocks binding and infection of viruses that use the CCR5 receptor to infect cells).
5. Cannabis, to strengthen Type I interferon pathways.
6. Dimethylglycine or betaine (trimethylglycine) to enhance methylation, thereby suppressing latent viruses.
7. Drink pine needle tea which offers an inhibitory effect against components of the coagulation cascade and against the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA. READ MORE
8. Silymarin or milk thistle to help cleanse your liver.
9. Walk barefoot in nature when you can to reduces blood viscosity (as per this study), which is a major factor in cardiovascular disease. READ MORE
10. Turn off your WIFI, or better yet convert to hardwire 100% as we do here at Stand Up Massachusetts. There is evidence that EMF can increase the risk for blood clot formation, and may also induce Rouleaux formation ― a reversible condition where red blood cells adhere to one another and become stacked, one on top of the other like a stack of coins. This phenomenon may occur with many conditions, including infections, connective tissue diseases, cancer, and increased viscosity of the blood that can lead to blockage of small arteries. READ MORE
11. Optimize your vitamin D level to between 60 ng/mL and 80 ng/mL (100 nmol/L to 150 nmol/L), ideally through sensible sun exposure. Sunlight also has other benefits besides making vitamin D.
12. To combat the toxicity of the spike protein, you’ll want to optimize autophagy, which may help digest and remove the spike proteins. Time-restricted eating will upregulate autophagy.
13. Sauna therapy, which upregulates heat shock proteins, will help refold misfolded proteins and also tag damaged proteins and target them for removal. READ MORE
14. Make sure all of your food and body care products are certified-organic, avoid all processed oils, and get plenty of sleep, exercise, love, and play. Also allow yourself the joy of relaxing in nature, being with friends, and noticing the beauty in this world. 15. And maybe most important of all, pat yourself on the back for the things you are able to do each day, and be extra kind to yourself when you have not done everything you may have liked to. Life is a journey, and we have certainly all been on a wild ride this time around! Cut yourself some slack :-)
