SPRING RENEWAL WORKSHOP -
It's been a long winter, but it won't be long till the snow is gone and the warmer weather is just around the corner!
Shedding off the winter layers, doesn't just apply to our clothing, now is the time to prepare mentally, emotionally and physically for the coming months by aligning our body and mind with the spring season. To refresh and recharge is what Springtime is all about. What has been dormant and neglected over the winter now needs our attention and its time to move our energy from sluggish to energised!
The SPRING RENEWAL WORKSHOP with Lorraine, will do just that!
On SATURDAY 5TH MAY from 1.30pm - 3.45pm
Its time to Renew and Rejuvenate! We will be moving stagnant energy and replacing it with vibrant energy through the 5 Principles of Yoga.
Proper Exercise. (Asanas)
Proper Breathing. (Pranayama)
Proper Relaxation (Savasana)
Proper Diet. (Tapas)
Positive Intention & Meditation. (Dhyana)
